Installed old defective back auto glass as new. Old glass installed have broken heater connectors

The company was contracted to install new back auto glass at my residence while i was at work with somebody showing them the car and paying them afterwords. They instead installed old glass that the heater does not work. The glass they installed came with 3 electrical connectors, one was clearly broken, only one of the 2 good connectors was connected. I contacted the company upon my return and pointed out to them the problem and that they should come back and install a new working glass they were paid to do, instead, they only offered that I bring the car in to their shop about 30 miles away and will try to fix the broken electrical part and not install a new glass. You can never completely repair a broken electrical connector in an auto glass. I have spoken to several people in the company including 2 people who said they were managers and gave their names as Jaffer Shaj and Atta Sanjih as the owner and the problem has yet to be resolved.
