Cac... Suing me... URGH! These unethical practices will not be tolerated. This case was closed because of bankruptcy however, due to the economy I lost my job so, I had to dismiss the bankruptcy and now CAC reopened the case. I am unemployed

The year was 2003 when I paid a downpayment of $1650 for 2000 Oldsmobile Alero Red Coupe. The total price of the car was $17,574.00. The annual percentage rate was 22.000%. The car was repossessed in 2005 and auctioned off for $4100. Credit Acceptance Corporation states that I am responsible for $6,307. Now, upon research I have discovered that a class action lawsuit in Missouri Fielders vs Credit Acceptance Corporation. Fielders won. Some of the same manipulative and deceptive practices were cited in that case.

I have filed with the BBB in Michigan and the Attorney General of Michigan. I had previously communicated with Credit Acceptance Corporation about this matter and now again, I have recently communicated with them and was told to contact the law firm Hoct... Five representatives told me over the phone the case was closed 05-07-09 but then 3 days later, I receive a letter that the case was reopened due to the bankruptcy was dismissed. It was dismissed cause I am unemployed. I reside in Arkansas so, please I need help.
