Car from odometer-rollback dealer failed, repossessed, now sued for remainder

I am so glad to see other people are having issue. Credit Acceptance uses shady dealers. The dealer I used was actually sued by the attorney general for rolling back odometers in NY. I bought a car in 2003. It was a 98 Olds Achieva with only 60,000 miles on it. Every other month in was in the shop for one reason or another until 1 year later the transmission died at 70,000 miles. I could not afford to fix it so I let them repo the car. I even called CAC to warn them about the dealership and they basically laughed at me. I need help now because they are suing me for the remainder. I do not know what to do!!!
