Deceptive Sales Practices, Anti Theft Device Said to be on Vehicle that could not be taken off NOT ON VEHICLE. Mesa Arizona

The automobile's sales info said it had 27000 miles in the f&i room you find out it really has 29000 miles. They tri to make you buy add's get the documentation fee off the price of the car. If they say they cant take it off tell them well I have to find another car then because I don't want it or need it get up and leave.

They say it has JM&A DATADOTS installed as anti thef deturent but after investigation faxing the manufacturer the paper work and emailing photos they say something is strange here no barcode on paper work or door jam no window stickers or dots in the locations to be installed checked with black light none present. Dealer say's well your not supose to see JM&A datadots I told them they are not installed, they gave me a full refund.

Floor mats that were in car during the test drive were remove and given to a new car buyer I made them replace the mats.

Told automobile was service and ready to go the oil was not changed made them change the oil.

I would not recomend this auto dealer to anyone.

They say Arizona is a spot sale state the attorney genral say's do not do spot sales take your time do your research and read your contract sleep on it only sign a contract in the am.
