Fraudulant conduct on Tire Rotation

I introduced my therapist cruiser set for a punctured tire today. The tire under consideration may be the right-rear tire. I confirmed the table specialist who improperly published the left-rear tire. This could not have now been an issue, The problem occurs when I also paid to get a Tire Rotation. After I delivered to get my automobile 3 hours later, I discover that THE BEST Back tire CONTINUES TO BE pierced and reduced on-air. I faced the supervisor who assured me that the tire rotation was Finished even though the right-rear tire, the punctured tire, was nevertheless on the right-rear of the automobile. I suppose they spun the tires a lot of occasions the tires wound up wherever they started... I paid to get a tire rotation and didn't obtain it, the supervisor agreed to restore the hole free of charge (that they must have accomplished within the first-place) but declined to turn the tires, requiring it was finished. Obviously I've submitted a using the Better Business Office (BBB) and contacted the State Police Department.
