Outta Here! - tires

I'm a FORMER customer who will not go back to NTB RT. 309 Montgomeryville Pa. I gave them every chance to get things right but they are a customer (non) service operation. Lenny the manager is a good guy and no doubt has trouble getting good employees. Leslie the "service" manager lacks customer diplomacy and cost them a good customer.
A couple of the techs are good but they won't have a chance to work on my car again. Pete the technician is the sharpest blade in the pack. Make him a manager and I'll consider going back.
