Helpful salesman at Burlington store refrigerator purchase

My husband and I went into Sears in Burlington Ma. On October 17th to purchase a new refrigerator. We approached by a very nice man by the name of Sobhy. He was so informative, he answered all our questions, he made suggestions, and was just an all around perfect salesman. I have dealt with many many sales people in my day, but this man was just fantastic! If every store had people like sales people like Sobhy, they would probably do a better business.
