I am the type of consumer who deals with alot of service people. It's not very often that I am compelled to express my absolute appreciation.

Your service technician, Robert (ID 0566497, was not only punctual, professional and knowledgeable, but he encompassed all of the attributes most employers seek out.

In these times, I believe it is important to acknowledge when one of your employees does outstanding work. Robert not only solved the problem, he made suggestions regarding purchasing of the Sears warranty for my dryer.

As forementioned, I have dealt with many service people. I would put Robert at or near the top of the list.
