Wrongful Repo

Just this morning this company came and repoed my van. No notice at all phone call or written. And all over a $12 late fee I was not even aware was on my account. $12 dollars late fee is costing us a $175 repossession fee that I HAVE to pay or they will not give me my van back. The worst thing is I am 6 weeks away from paying my van off. I had just talked to them the week before and they didn't say a word about the $12 late fee. Completely and utterly ridiculous and wrongful in my opinion. Please don't EVER buy a car from them.
