Collection Procedures what a ripoff

Salinas Auto Sales-has drastically changed their collection procedures for those out there who have a contract with them let me give you the headsup on their new operations.

According to their new office manager Maria they now only rely on calling you to tell you if you are late on your payment. They are no longer sending out any correspondences to notify you of this no letters just phones calls. So be sure to keep your number updated with them! In my case they may not even leave you a message at your alternate number if they have a preferable phone number to contact you at say like a cell phone number where the phone could have been lost. Perhaps if you are in the hospital and on your dying bed any scenario where you didn't get a phone message they will reposse your car if it is late. There system automatically puts in the system for a repossession to take place if you are late according to her.

So beware and don't allow yourself to get behind even if it is for 16 days if you count the weekends and holiday.
