Attention! Ripoff! Fraudulent billing, fraudulent late fees, rude, threat of repossession!

1st clue they were a rip-off, mikes foreign auto sales repoed my vehcile within a month of purchasing it because the wrong address on checks! Understandable! Even though i explained!

2nd to make matters worse, i called on tues, oct. 11, just inquiring about my payoff, because in (my records) i am just about finish paying for the vehicle! I was informed by the "secretary) that she was glad that i called because they were about to repo my car (again) because i was $668 dollars behind on my payment with ($463) in just accumulated late fee? If you repoed in less than a month than why would u let me accumulate ($463) in late fees! And not repo?

3rd they were charging me late fees at the rate of ($9) a day which violates their contract!

4th they customer service "tanya mccormick" very rude! Never once tried to resolve the situation just demanded more money! Talked to me like i was a child!

5th they threathed me with repossesion w/no grounds. Explains whey they did not wanna provide a payment history! I had been given the run around for almost 3wks about providing payment history! Finally got the payment history when i drove to leesburg, al. I live in gadsden! I am appalled at the way they handle business! I will be contacting a lawyer very soon!

Conclusion: never under any circumstances buy from "mikes foreign auto sales"! Never! Walk if you have to! Never by from "mikes foreign auto sales" ripoff!
