Illegal Withdrawl of Funds

I observed on 3/30/09 that nearly $500 have been taken from my Credit Union checking account by Chase Car. I applied with an account together and had reduced my mortgage in December 08. Our bill was shut in those days. After I approached them, they explained it had been my problem which it had been my obligation to stop my Pursuit online cost. Nowhere was it described I had a need to proceed in and shut it once my consideration was reduced.
