RIPOFF Tires sold defective tires and wanted me to buy a new one instead of replacing it

I purchased tires from this ripoff company. A few weeks after the purchase I found the sidewall separating all the way around the tire, an obvious defect.

I went to the store and was treated rudely and with no respect at all. The manager, (David), told me the only way the tire could be determined to be defective was to send it back to the manufacturer and have it analyzed.

He told me I'd have to buy a new one and if the factory told him it was bad he'd refund my money. Pepboys does not stand behind their products and will try to rip you off if they think they can get away with it.
