Since Aug I have requested my due date to change to the 19th of the month which is my right by written contract. They added late charges although I paid on time in excess of $800 and reporting my late to credit bureau. This organization called so many times at work that my immediate supervisor warned me my job was in jeapordy; although i asked to discuss and call me at home, they refused and harassed my elderly mother at home and continued calling me at work refusing to acknowledge the change to due date and faxes that I had sent. Mike Mitchell claimed to be the manager but will not admit he is wrong or resolve this account with me - This organization is a fraud!
