Do not use their service - Care Credit

This is scam co to deal with. I paid a total of 3 payments changed the due date to the 9th of the month. Spoke with John in Oct. Changed my auto acct and received a $39.99 late fee. Called in nov. Spoke with a supervisor they have no record of the change requested. Late fee stands. Called 2 days later spoke with Savannah she was rude and elder abuse she saw no notes requested her supervisor she reports to. I have to write in she is the last person in charge. 2 days later called and spoke to Chanelle she sees the calls no notes and my due date was still unchanged. I will never use these people again obviously they hire under talented people to do their dirty work. I am reporting to the elder abuse organization as well was I will participate in a class action law suit!
