Tring to rearend me again after their insured already did it

March 17 my car was totalled. I was at the red light when i was hit. After no rental car and no ndoctor bills paid how can you tell the public that its the law to have insurance. Your insured only had $10k thats almost the same as not having any. Dont write your politians because the law allows them to be the way they are. If all the dirert officials that have left the co. Or been fired would tell the public some of the horrows they have heard about just maybe our elected offcials would put them out of bussiness. They wait you out to get you to settle.
