Direct General Insurance
Direct insurance will do anything to get out of paying a claim

A woman and her son bought a vehicle from me her son was in iraq and home on leave, they insured it with direct general insurance. Several months later the woman's other son also in iraq came to pulaski to visit his mother while home he borrowed her vehicle and wrecked it, Direct general insurance denied her claim, i had to repossess the car and after threating to sue Direct general insurance they now have agreed they owe the claim but want to pay about 1/2 of what the claim is for... After numerous conversations with the woman her sons and Direct General insurance i conclude that direct general insurance is run by a bunch of liars and crooks... They will take your money but will lie cheat decieve or whatever to get out of paying a legitimate claim
