Grant funding search presented itself as a FREE site all they asked is for 1.98 shiping and handeling fee. So I got my credit card statement today and they charged me 1.98 on 01/13/09 and a surprise billing of 69.95 on 1/23/09 I am appalled that someone thinks they have the right to charge my card without first informing me of this charge. No where did it state that there would be an additional charge. I am livid. This is not only a fraud, scam, misrepresentation; it is in fact THEFT. They need to be prosecuted and charged. Don"t let them get you too!
