AIG Insurance fruad to consumers NEVADA COLORADO

AIG insurance is a big time fraud its company and employees AND YES they dont return call back and if they do its will be a weeks later! My son was hit by a driver insured by AIG insurance on 8/02 and its 11/19 have not been able to settle my car was a 2000 ford mustang they want to for $2205.69 and I still owe $3000 on it. I can hardly imagen what the want to pay on my son medical bills, toeing charges, ect... Were can I file a claim against them its to much fruad coming from AIG and so far their no one to stop them! After all I read on AIG claims I know I need and attorney or what can I do someone help?
