Pre-Owned Rims Not Disclosed, Wrong Rim Installed, Extra Charges

When I first went into the store, the guy who was there at the time sold me these rims and did not inform me that they were pre-owned. He also did not inform me about some things in the contract, and told me I had to pay 215 down instead of the low monthly payment. I live an hour away from the store. When I got home I noticed the rims were scratched and had bent spots. I did not think to check because no one told me they were used.

That manager is no longer there. Then all the tires kept losing pressure from a factory defect, so it took forever to get them changed out. I was told they would be changed out at no extra cost. Then they switched the new rims out and, once again, forgot to tell me they were going to put a wider tire on there. I was not happy about it. I liked the low pros I had on it.

Then my payment was 126, and they said I had to pay roadside hazard, which was 5 more dollars. I told them I was told I had free roadside when I signed on. But they swiped my card anyway at 131. I thought, whatever, it is 5 dollars. Then Anthony called back and said, "We just got out of a meeting and you have to pay roadside hazard for those tires to be warrantied, and your payment would be 151."

I said, "No, sir, do not swipe it. I am not paying that. We need to have a meeting before I pay that. That is not fair to me. My payment was not supposed to change." Then they overswiped it by 80 or 90 dollars. So I finally found their manager of all the stores, Roger Hooker, and he said no, she is to pay 126.

Then I needed to order another rim because of road damage, and I went there and showed 2 people the chips off the accents on the tires. They said they would order it. I finally came back 3 or 4 weeks later, after something supposedly delayed my order, and they changed out the rim as I thought. They put it on the back tire of the driver's side, and it was on the front. I decided to check at the last minute and noticed that.

So I went back in and told them they did the wrong rim. Once again they took it back, and now it was on the front again. Same thing, I brought it back, and we finally discussed that Anthony was supposed to talk to me about how they ordered a tire and not a rim. My car went back 3 times, and they moved the rim to the passenger side, thinking I would not check. And of course did Anthony talk to me about this? No, he snuck out the door really quickly.

He forgets to tell me things constantly or makes up an excuse. Now, 3 weeks later, I am still waiting on my rim to be put on, still at no extra cost, as Anthony said not to worry about it. I have called, and he cannot check to see if my tire is in. He has to talk to his manager. I am tired of driving an hour there and an hour home, and it is a pain. I am fed up. I am almost ready to get those rims back, but I decided maybe I should pay off early because I do not know what else to do. They have new employees there all the time, so nothing gets resolved except me being angrier every time I leave the store.

I am also waiting on a pending payment to go through from them, after they over-charged my account. To drive an hour to swipe a card is not fair, with no extra compensation. If you can help with anything, I would really appreciate it. This store has driven me nuts. I will never rent from Aaron's again. I went to Aaron's in Angleton to get a TV, and when they were delivering it the strap broke and put a big crack in my TV. They are looking for another to replace that 60-inch TV, plus the stand because the wheel broke. Wish me luck. I did not sign up for a nightmare once again. At least they are 10 minutes away from my house.

Tired of liars and people who do not know what they are doing.
