Rip-off! They delivered tire with a hole and does not claim responsibility

I had bought some rims and tires and when I received them, one of the tires was flat. I had brung the tire to Discount tire to have them take a look at it and they found a hole on the side of the tire that was not noticeable. I had called the shipping department to tell them that i received a bad tire.

They tell me that it was UPS fault. I can understand if the rim and tire was damaged but this was clearly a bad tire they sent me. I had problems trying to reach them and when I did, I was put on hold a few times and was hung up twice.

I also went to UPS to get a damaged claims form and they tell me that i have to get it from the shipper. I called west coast back to talk to the manager and I talked to the asst manager and he tells me i have to go to UPS to get the form. I had just told the guy that I did go to UPS and he seemed like he didnt want to help me.

I gave him my name and he said he would send me a damaged claims form but i never received it. I paid over 1600.00 for these rims and tires and return i get a bad tire and now they will not take it back and replace it and to top it off, their customer service over the phone is very bad. They dont seem like they want to help, just take ur money and send bad products to customers.
