Sam's Club #6241
Did not balance tires, scratched rims, refused to replace rims

I brought my F350 Super Duty Dually truck in for tires. After they put the tires on the truck shook as you drove down the road. When I got home I realized they had scratched my rims on both sides.

Meanwhile I took my truck to another tire company for them to look at. The company had put on their service order that my rims were scrathed and that I knew about it before they touched the truck. On my invoice they wrote that the tires were out of balance, but gave me the hand a copy of the service order. The truck still shook a little after the other company balanced the tires. They told me to take it back to Sam's Club, there is probably a bad tire making it do that.

First, I called Sam's Club to tell them about the tires, they told me to bring it in on Saturday. When I went in I told them about what they did to my rims and that I wanted new tires because the truck still shook. I spoke with General Manager of store Connie. They said they would balance it again on same tires they needed to take pictures of wheels to send to their insurance company.
Connie told me to get a quote on rims, and she will submit all the paperwork and pictures for me to call on Monday.

I called on Monday, was told by Connie that the asdjuster would not accept the pictures and was told not to talk to me or my husband again. They have denied coverage because they are blaming it on the other company. I never submitted the service order that the company knew about the rims.

When I called Robert Phellps the insurance adjuster he told me because it was not on the invoice, and said that my husband didn't say that we had it in writing he would not accept an handwritten service oder. They did refund my all my money on my tires, and I had the second company put all new tires on the back. They will not replace my rims which are $879.19.

I do have a description of what the second tire company wrote, of how the tires got scratched because they have the same machine
