Sold faulty rim, won't replace rim or tire

I purchased 4 tires & rims along with Road Hazard Insurance. The rims were mounted on the tires by Tire Rack. 17 months after purchase, the rim failed and caused a deflated tire. This destroyed the tire. Spoke to Penny at Tire Rack. She first offered to credit us $88.02 for the tire and nothing for the rim. After I told her that offer was unacceptable, she required me to take digital pictures and email them to her. Penny contacted me and stated that from the pictures alone, the damage was caused by moisture in an air pump even though the other 3 tires & rims are fine. She then proceeded to offer a 25% discount on a new tire and rim.

Discount tire
Bought tires with road hazard warranty. Tires had 25000 miles on them and they refused to replace one tire that kept going flat tires were expensive 50000 mile tires
