Parts Train
Outsourced call center a dis-service to consumers

Cars & Transport

My husband needed a window regulator for his truck, so I ordered it through Parts Train, thinking it was a 'good deal'. When the part arrived, my husband went to install it, and realized that THEY had sent the wrong part. He needed the part to fit a GMC Sierra, not a Silverado.

I emailed them, told them it was the wrong part. They wanted a LENGTHY explanation as to why it was wrong, they also wanted our vehicle vin number. Not necessary in my opinion if you are dealing with people who are literate and not from an offshore call center.

I demanded a return authorization code, they have as of this date not provided me with one. I informed them I would file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, I have, as well as the Better Business Bureau.

I will continue to file complaints until the matter is resolved.
