I ordered parts from Parts Train and Auto Parts Way at the same time on a Wednesday evening around 5pm eastern time. The Auto Parts Way parts arrived at my house the next day in the afternoon. I called Parts Train Friday at 10:30pm, more than two days after the order was placed, and I was told the order was still being processed. I cancelled the Parts Train order and placed the order for the part elsewhere. Parts Train customer service told me it would take up to ten days to receive confirmation of the cancellation. It seems like it takes them far too long to do everything. Also, I went back to their site and the part I ordered from parts train was now $46 more than it was when I first placed the order. I may be completely wrong but the reason why the order wasn't processed was because the they didn't want to lose $46. I wouldn't consider them in the future
