Damage vehicle during maintenance

Raised my 1994 Corvette to correct a tire. Placement the port within the incorrect area and bent the undercarriage. Nearby shop WOn't take liability. Sears store were the only real store to port my car after purchase. I had been informed from the supervisor at Sears the harm wasn't noticeable and also the vehicle went okay, what is the huge package? Called customer support with e-mail on 2 differing times, guarantee that somebody might contact me in two business days, never occur. Lastly I obtained a contact declaring no motion would be studied. The supervisor request an estimation for that fix with no activity adopted.
