Shotty car repairs

I took my car to CMC Motorsports for repair after a front end collision. When I picked my car up the bumper was loose, wheel well covers were missing, important bolts were missing. Repairs behind the bumper were not made. Wood was hammered into my radiator support. When the car was repainted the whole car was painted and left with runs, chips, and spots are all over the car.
