BCD ripped me off for repairs dispite having a service agreement

I took my leased vehicle to bruce campbell because the chip in my key wouldnt start the car, and they repaired that. They called and said that the radio would not work when it did work when I took the car. Now all of a sudden I owe them $240. I have never paid anything on repairs for a leased vehicle, especially when I had a service agreement. I will never buy another chrysler product. Especially not from those rip-off specialist.
