Jerry pyres Did not do all the required work according to merchants insurance estimate/report statement

ON dec. 31 my wife was a car accident caused by the snow/ice. We called triple A who sent out a tow truck to pick both us and the car up. The tow truck was from Jerry's towing & auto. The front bumper was push in and torn off. There were also damages to the radiator, impact bar, condenser, freon, coolant, and repair to hood and right fender.

The tow driver convince me to use Jerry's company because triple A will pick up the cost of damages. When we arrive at Jerry's we were inform that this wasn't true.By the time we got the full truth, the tow driver had the car on the gronds of the parking lot of Jerry's. If we wanted move it would cost us $200.00 in cash.

So Jerry's convince us that they do the very best when it comes to do major repairs include the type of accident we were in. So my and I decide to let Jerry do the repairs.

On Jan. 11, I was inform that my car was ready and that I would have to bring $5010.00 in cash only to pick it up. After I picked it up, I saw bumper was not put on right that it was sticking out a little bit and plus it was a little chipped by the right light. So I took the car to James auto works. James checked the car over, and found that anumber of things missing, like the replacement of the radiator, the condenser and the impact bar.

The reason I did not take back to Jerry's was that if he could not put on the bumper strraight without chipping a part of it. How could Jerry replace a radiator or a condenser, which requires more precise ability, that he does not have and he will never have.

What I am looking for is $1850.00 from Jerry-because I put up $500.00 deductible and $1350.00 from which I paid James auto works.
