Worst bank to do business with irvine texas

We are from Rochester, NY and we deal with Wachovia dealer services in Buffalo NY, California, And Texas. Two guys by the name of Jeff and or Ed in the Buffalo credit office have done nothing but harass us. They will not give us their last names nor will they let us speak to a manager. Our car was repossessed because we were 2 weeks late on a payment.

We, in the past have gotten the most harassing phone calls sometimes up to 13 in a row of one of these guys calling and swearing at us, calling us losers or just calling and breathing into the phone, and threatening us. I understand that we were late on a payment but no person deserves to be treated like this.

After repossessing our car 4 nights ago they refuse to let us have it back without full payment plus the repo fee and storage fees that will cost over $2000. They said that this is our second repo but it is not. Our loan amount was for $17,000 and we have paid $11,000 they say that we still owe $13,000... You do the math!!! When we asked for a payoff amount they said that it would stay at $13,000 even if we pay it off 3 years before the loan is up. (aren't they supposed to subtract the interest?)

In the past we have sent checks to them that they will hold on to until its late then we would get charged the late fees. Now we send them money orders and the other day they tried saying that they did not receive any money orders even though they did cash them. Good thing we kept the receipts! Wachovia Dealer services are liars and this is probably why they are going out of business. I just think that it is crazy that these people can get away with this just because we don't have the money to get a lawyer to fight the matter.

If you are a lawyer and reading this, I am sure you will have no problem getting a class action lawsuit going and you are more than welcome to contact us. For all others, I STRONGLY SUGGEST NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK! I will be writing letters to as many lawyers and bureaus that I can to make sure they stop this!
