Bad Customer Service

Every complaint about Wachovia Dealer is true and people I'm with you, heres my story, when I agreed to this loan, I was told that I could make three deferments on the life of this loan. On christmas eve last year my wife became very ill and I had lost my job, wachovia constantly kept harassing me for the payment and when I requested for the deferment they denied me, but some how came up with the payment, unfortunately there were late charges and interest that total another car payment, every month that I sent in a payment I would still be one payment behind. Now my wife is not working and have rent to pay plus utilities and no negtiating with Wachovia. Until now I just gave up with this bank, I filled for bankruptcy and let the repo man take the car, so without further adue "Kiss my Ass! Wachovia Dealer!!! Hahahahahahah" and for those who say I was wrong for not keeping up with the terms screw you!!! Atleast I'm not in debt!!! Credit is a government plot to screw you!!!
