Reneg, lie, illegally tape phone calls, harrass, ignore FTC, do not send IRS Interest paid - Federal law violations Irvine, Ca

Wachovia Dealer Services has been harrassing and breaking the law some time. Let's bad together and file a Class Action lawsuit. I have filed with the Attorney General, I suggest everyone else do as well.
For me, they threatened me with jail, they called before 8am, then they taped my calls without my knowledge or consent. They made a deal and after I paid they reneged. They did not send the IRS Interest paid form as erquired by Federal law holding it ransom - never did get it! They have called family and friends claiming to be investigating us for soemthing t repossess the vehicle and taping their calls without their knowledge or permission. And the list goes on...
So, let's ban together...
