Asking for reimburstmrnt they unauthorized charges to my bank of america card

Company picked my items up feb 12 promised to be in texas feb 14th i left same they they stated they was leaving so i would be there to let them in i was in texas houston feb 13 1158pm tthat company didnt arrive tii 28th of feb and when they got there the driver was rude and drunk neighbors hd to help him unload driver dropper my tv broke 1,500 tv all my china and crystal glasses my speakers to stereo and stereo compartment and ci told driver he was leaving something that belong to me to gt it out back to his truck but he refused and said it, s got texas on it so it, s my problei they scamed me out of 600.00 plus 900.00 and i didnt sign for that they charged my bank card over amount it was suppose to be 900.00 discount and delivered by feb 14 no later than feb 16th tjis company should be cited and owe me 600.00 plus over 2, ooo damages. I called several timrs to file ca complaint they cursed me out threatened to arrest me for their delivery man fault leaving a thing dont belong to me. They laughed and jessica and mike was very racial and dirrepectful foul language problem stii not solver will be 1 yr feb please get on this company i want my money and charge them for damages i, m not in texas i, m in calif due to heart surgery i was held back on moving into my new place yet but i refuse to let tis ccompany take advantage of me i, m on disability.
