Fast and Safe Van Lines appear to be a good moving company when you call to get a quote. The beginning of the experience is smooth and hassle-free. On the move out date, movers showed up on time, everything looked good and ready to go.

The movers communicate well and do a good job packing and loading. Once my stuff was on the truck, the nightmare began. One of the drivers came to me with the bill of $2200.00. My original quote was $1400. I was of course upset and could not believe it! After I complained he said he would drop the price down to $1800.00 ONLY if I tip him big. I gave him and the other driver tips of $100.00 each to keep the price at $1800.00.

They were 2 weeks late! Delivery date was Oct. 2nd. My stuff finally got here Oct. 16th. Ridiculous! Called a thousand times, left messages. They never called me back until 2 days before delivery.

One driver showed. He didn't unload or move anything in. We had to unload on the sidewalk! AND move it in ourselves. His 18 wheeler wouldn't come into our apartment complex. We are missing a lot of items as well! He was old and didn't really understand English.

We had to pay the remaining amount even though they only did half the job. Manager is really rude, has no compassion, cusses at you, hangs up and calls you names. We reported our missing items, they offered refund, we never got it. A thousand calls went unanswered once again. Still no response. This has got to be the worst experience I have ever had. Stay away! If you have been taken advantage of or cheated by this company, file a complaint with BBB! Something! They should not be allowed to run a business anywhere, ever!!
