Delivery date not honerd and product heavily damaged price raised once product was on truck

Hello imwriting this complaint in regaurds to the moving company arrow moving inc based out of brooklyn ny.

I was promised a quote when they got my buisness and when the truck came and they loaded it it ended up being like 600.00 more the i was told but i said its already on the truck so i just paid it.

I was promissed a delivery date before july 1st and the truck didnt get here till july 9th and we were calling the moving company since july 1st and all we got was a run around from the company.

Finally friday night around 1 am the truck driver called wich he is suppose to give a 24 to 48 hour notice that he would be here but we let that go to.

When the truck driver got here he had no movers to help him unload the truck so we called the moving company and asked what was going on they said its not how they do buisness and that they would take care of it wich didnt happen.

When the truck driver started to unload his truck we looked inside the truck and seen that alot of our possesions were damaged and boxes were crushed and ripped open we took alot of pictures of this damaged done we also called the moving company and complained and was hug up on several times.

So since the driver had no help with him i ended up having to unload the truck myself wich i paid them to do and when we started unpacking we see all the damage that was done.

We put a complaint in with the better buissness burear and hope to get some kind of satisfaction from them. Ronnie henderson nv
