To All,

We sought moving services through NATIONWIDE RELOCATION. The company hired ALL DISTANCE MOVING & STORAGE out of HOUSTON, TEXAS, to move our belongings from San Antonio, TX to Louisville, KY.

First, the movers (Fito and Miguel) did not show up on time. They were more than 5 hours late and did not finish the job until 1:45 A.M. Fito told us he was headed to NY, but wasn't sure if he would be the one delivering our belongings. Although we had a window ending on 12/30... We we're told by NATIONWIDE RELOCATION, our belongings would arrive no later than 12/22. That did not happen. Not only have we not received our belongings, both companies have been continously lying about a) when the items will be delivered, b) the exact location of the items (and I believe they are doing this because ALL DISTANCE MOVING & STORAGE knows there are valuables loaded on their truck and c) why neither company is communicating with the other.

I was even told by someone with ALL DISTANCE MOVING & STORAGE that "I could pickup my own stuff". We'll I would if the idiots in the office could tell me where it was.

DO NOT USE NATIONWIDE RELOCATION and ALL DISTANCE MOVING & STORAGE. You will for sure be ripped off and stressed, despite promises of a smooth transition of your belongings.
