I would like to provide you with my experience of Bankston Lewisville. I purchased a 2007 Nissan Versa that, in two years of driving 80 miles to work and back, I have racked up 57,000 miles without a single problem.in fact I still have the factory tires with another 3,000 miles estimated on them. Recently I discovered a tail light out on my car and found that I could not remove the lens cap to get to the bulb. I brought it into Nissan and they had five guys working on it very quickly. A very nice man named Randy decided that it was best to replace the entire light assembly when he found a crack in it. They did not charge me and were very quick in their service.

However, I did find that I was having problems with my cruise control once the work was completed. Two men (Joe Flores and Paul Francis) helped me find the problem. The wrong bulb had been used that caused the issue. They got right on the job and even though it was the day before Thanksgiving and they had a lot of work to do they fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Everyone makes mistakes but these guys did me right and were so nice that they gave me a free car wash, coupons for gas and apologized over and over for my inconvenience. I would say I would use these guys again but given the great service of the vehicle I don't expect to see them for another 50,000 miles! Great job guys, thanks for the excellent service! If every company had leadership like this there would be a lot less companies in trouble during the economic downturn.
