Dishonoured Cheque against my Car Sale to Maruti True Value

I offered my Maruti Alto Lxi to Maruti True Worth mounted on M/s ABT Maruti, Guindy, Chennai on 20th November.

After pre-shutting my mortgage with M/s ICICI, I had been provided a check for that stability quantity from the seller which on adding with my Lender was delivered dishonoured for "coding mistake" whilst the cause.

Upon nearing the seller I had been informed to provide the dishonoured cheque and consider the new check from their website. Nevertheless, ICICI Bank presented the dishonoured cheque is likely to be delivered to me within the next seven days. M/s ABT Maruti has declined me the new check as of this moment since their plan doesn't allow them to provide the new check before getting the dishonoured instrument. Our vehicle documents in unique, secrets etc have all been paid. Despite asking and showing of no representation of the dishonoured chequ from my finish, my demand to get the new check continues to be rejected. The check quantity is Rs 49,476
