Dear All,
I had takes a connection no 9717515444 in July and was given a plan of Rs 999 advance rental for 1 years. I had requested for a 3 yr plan and it was changed to three year and the whole of 999 was forfieted and a new amount of Rs1200 was added as a activation of new plan without any intimation. Now without making a call I have Rs2200 bill outstanding. Please help.
