Overnight package delivered 17 days late with no responsibility taken

Do not use UPS! Use DHL instead. I recently sent a business related package by UPS Overnight. Paying their premium prices. They did not deliver until 17 days later. When I contacted them they took no responsibility. They made no effort to rectify the situation. They just don't care. They didn't even have a reason why it was late. They will not be liable for any late deliveries. Why bother sending it overnight? You will just be wasting your money. You can't trust them to deliver on time, once it is in their hands, your screwed. I will never use UPS again. Use DHL or Fed Ex instead.
