Overnight Shipment Arrived 4 Days Late After Late Flight

FedEx cannot handle deliveries. I think they are totally incompetent! If you pay for a shipment to be overnight, that doesn't mean it should arrive 4 days later just because they had a late flight. They should not have routed the package through that city if they knew there would be a late flight. If all businesses were run this way, the whole place would never receive anything. They need to plan out deliveries much better than they currently do.
