Is a Rip-off and the staff is rude Towing vehicles in cahoots with apt. Complexes

I had my vehicle towed because of a flat tire. On September 18 United Tow entered my apt complex and towed my vehicle because of tires that had gone flat on September 16. I have a newborn child and was going to inflate my tire when my grandfather brought over his automatic tire inflating system. It (the car) was registered with the apartment complex and was not parked illegally. Upon contacting United Tow about the matter, the staff was very rude.
