Ripoff towed car illegally and charged to get vehicle out of pound

My 19yr old sons car was towed by united tow while it was parked in his apartment complex. (ROR redacted address for security purposes) My son parked his car in assigned parking area and over night it was towed by this company. He showed me where it was parked prior to being towed and it was no where near a fire lane or parked illegally.
This company is totally dishonest actually stealing cars and charging people to get their property back. There was a settlement in dallas with the tow companys and the city of dallas a few years ago, these tow companies are known to be shady and should be charged with car theft when towing legally parked vehicles.
