Towed vehicle in about 20 minutes parked in own complex in Hilliard

I was parked in my own complex in Hilliard and they towed my vehicle within 20 minutes of me parking. A vehicle was parked in my assigned spot so I parked behind it. They stated that I was parked in a fire lane which they say is any vehicle that is not parked in a spot. I asked if they tow vehicles that are is assigned spots where they said no, even though it a Policy in our complex. Called to complain about it and spoke to Debbie. She stated there was nothing she could do. DIane was the supervisor at night and she pretty much said I was Sh*t out of luck.
