Ripoff damaged car lied about it won't repair damages

My car was towed last week by Quality Towing. The driver of the truck used a wrecker instead of a flat bed truck, he had my car in park when he tried to tow it away, and he had it at such a steep angle that he scraped my tail pipe along the road.

He also parked it at the mechanic's shop right in front of a gate, so the following day it was backed into by the mechanic (who DID take care of that damage!)

Because of all this, I now have a ruined tire (pinched tire, bent rim, completely flat), a scraped tailpipe, and a dent in my front bumper.

When I reported this to Quality Towing, they refused to call me back until I told them I had filed a complaint with AAA. I brought my car to them, and they denied that they caused any damage. All I asked them to do was replace the tire that they ruined. When I called AAA to file the complaint, they checked with Quality Towing, who then claimed that they towed my car from the rear, which is absolutely untrue. My mechanic, the person who brought me to the tow truck and witnessed it hitched, and the person who parked my car earlier that day are all 100% positive that the car was towed from the front.

So, they flat out lied to AAA and refuse to take care of this issue. It is currently under investigation.
