Discount tire false advertising ripoff reporting a price higher than the company was advertised ripoffs to consumers San Marcos

I tell the man that I'm loking to buy some rims and tires for my car. I tell him I wanted the konig greenlight rims, so he does his research on the computer and tells me that all four rims and the nitto tires came out to $1200 plus tax. I left thinking that rims were realy expensive. That same day I'm at Hastings looking at magazines and pass an ad showing the same rims and tires for only $799!!! I rushed over there before they closed and showed him the ad. He tells me some excuse about the ad not including tax, lugnuts, warranty and installation. All of that came out to about $900. That means he was trying to charge me almost $400 more than the real price!!! After this, I look into just about everything I buy. With $400 I could have bought a carbon fiber hood (used) for my civic
