Fort hood firestone tires - TIRES

I purchase four new tires jun 30.3days later the tires start leaking, my wife took the car back, and the manager said I need need rims. He said they are leaking. The rims was fine since I had the car. Was not leaking before. I think some untran person change my tire and grag the crome rims. Then the manager try to sell my wife a set of rims. This is their mistake. Will report this to Inspector General is this is not resolve.
