Ripoff! Tires losing air, selling aftermarket wheels and than reselling rims to other customers

I work at Buick dealership and have had several customers buy rims recently because of loss of air. They sell the consumer new rims even though the sealing surface looks fine, the side of the tire along side of rim has corrosion evident.

I have also been told by our owner of a cicumstance where the old rims are being sold again to other customers, so they know that the rims
are o.K. After they probably cleaned them up a little bit.
