Corporation extremely unfair to employees

I can see why there are so many consumer complaints against pep boys. Their new system that upper management wants employees to use in service is based on quotas for the service writers at the desk. (Quotas should be illegal) So when employees refused the quota system they were terminated on some bs claims made by regional directors to have them removed from employment. Do not use Pep boys for your service or repair, guaranteed you will be told you need something that is considered by them, routine service! Run dont walk when you are told this... They are trying to meet their quota. Use a dealership or a reputable repair service for your car care needs.
