Backed out on repairs after sale was completed, told me he didnt feel like paying!

I bought a vehicle from them in 2oo7 and was sadly dissapointed. When we talked about terms of the purchase, i told them i wanted the windshield repaired and the keypad on the door repaired at their cost. The owner stated this wouldnt be a problem because he had people who would do it soon. When the time came for the repairs, i was informed that his man didnt feel comfortable working on my vehicles problem. I asked him if i could take it to a local shop that we both knew as a reliable, and affordable shop. The shop did the repair to the keypad and sent a bill to r&b. After several weeks, he still hadnt paid the shop and i contacted him. I asked why they hadnt paid and he claimed he had.

After several more weeks the same thing happened again. When i called him out on it, he said he didnt think he was going to pay anymore! His reason for not paying was that when he told me the total amount that i needed from the bank, he figured the tax wrong and shorted himself $175. I told him that i didnt have the money to give him as i had spent it all on the down payment. So for revenge, he left me hanging with a repair bill of well over $220.
